Our Aims
After over 40 years of communism, religion had almost been wiped out and as a result left a whole generation of Muslims without the required knowledge to practice their faith. This project ensures that we are able to revive Islam in the Balkans and enable the Muslims to regain their identity and practice their faith again.

About The Project
Summary
Our first Madrasah was opened in 1999 and has continued to grow in numbers ever since across the Balkan region. To date, we have 157 Madrasahs established teaching more than 4,700 students. Every Madrasah has on average 20 – 25 students, young and old, studying Quran, Tajweed and Fiqh.
Alongside the Madrasahs, Rahma (Mercy) has set up an additional 9 Hifz Classes for those students who were dedicated to learning in the Madrasah system. These students will be the future of the Balkan region and they will be able to teach the Quran to their family and friends back in their villages.
How You Can Help
There are multiple ways in which your donations will help the Muslims in the Balkans
The child will be enrolled in our Madrasah system and will be educated using our 8-year book syllabus
You will be kept updated on the progress of the Madrasah and get a personalised message from students on a yearly basis
This will provide an average of 10 students per class the opportunity of becoming our future Huffaaz
